On July 6, 2004 the County Commission adopted Ordinance 2004-021 and Resolution 2004-071 regarding Fire Inspection, Plan Review and Permit fees related to fire and life safety (Chapter 208-Code of Ordinances).

The Fire Prevention Ordinance and resolution/fee schedule became effective July 12, 2004

You will need a permit value for Fire Alarms, Fire Sprinklers, Site Plans and square footage for change of occupancy with no construction costs.
